Confidentiality & Early Access Participation Agreement – CEI Limited


 By checking the box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms with Casino Education Investments, LLC dba CEI Limited (“CEI Limited”), a Nevada-based company, regarding your voluntary participation in the Nexus App Early Access Program.

1. Purpose

You are joining as an Early Adopter, Alpha Member, or Beta Tester for CEI Limited’s Nexus App or related tools. You may be granted access to unreleased or experimental features. This agreement outlines your responsibilities and limitations during participation.

2. Confidential Information

By participating, you may be exposed to confidential or proprietary information. You agree not to share, disclose, or use this information for any purpose other than personal testing, feedback, or community engagement.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Product features, mockups, or designs

  • Internal communications or documentation

  • Technical processes or tools not available to the public

3. Assumption of Risk & No Guarantee

You understand and accept that:

  • Alpha and Beta versions may be unstable, incomplete, or change without notice

  • The full product may differ from what is shown or promised in early stages

  • No timeline or feature list is guaranteed

  • Participation is at your own risk, and CEI Limited makes no warranties (express or implied) regarding functionality, performance, or outcomes

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this early-access offering:

  • All purchases or contributions are final

  • No refunds will be provided, even if features are delayed, changed, or removed

  • You are contributing to the growth of the platform and will receive full access to the final version of the Nexus App once released to the public

5. Ownership & Rights

You agree that your participation does not confer any ownership or claim to CEI Limited’s intellectual property, nor does it entitle you to additional compensation unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

6. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by CEI Limited to improve its products. You grant CEI Limited a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate your feedback without restriction.

7. Duration of Agreement

This agreement, including its confidentiality and non-disclosure terms, will remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of acceptance.

8. Acknowledgment

By checking the box, you confirm that you:

  • Understand and accept the early adopter risks

  • Waive the right to request a refund

  • Will not disclose any confidential material shared through this program

  • Will abide by CEI Limited’s rules and conditions during participation
